Advanced instruction is targeted towards the rider who has learned the basic riding concepts and who needs
further refinement of their skills and position. I can also help riders who want a deeper understanding of the
more subtle ways of influencing the horse. To achieve these goals,we begin by developing the rider's
perception and awareness of her own body, and of the communication offered by the horse.
I help average riders believe that they can become better than average, as they discover that correct flatwork
is not only rewarding and fun, but also the basis for a safe and happy partnership with their horse.
Riders may use one of my lesson horses or bring their own horse. Please inquire if you need instruction at your
own facility and we can discuss your options.

| My mission is to inspire others to join the learning process whereby the rider discovers the means to sit in balance, thus removing the horse's need to protect himself by resistance and tension. The partnership thus created can become living art. |
