Working Student Opportunity

This position is open to a person who has at least some basic horse handling and riding skills,
who aspires to develop their horsemanship skills to the best of their ability.
Unless you are a
good rider, with superior horsemanship skills, riding is not part of the job.

The working student will exchange their labor for my instruction time. It is not required for
the student to have their own horse.
Three hours labor exchanges for a 1-hour lesson.

Right now the labor includes a fair bit of yard work - mostly digging up sagebrush and raking
dried weeds. In the spring there will be weeds to pull. Then there is the usual horse ranch
work - picking up manure, keeping the tack room clean and swept, cleaning tack, grooming
horses.

I need someone who can show up on a regular basis and who is easy to communicate with.
This means that they answer their phone and
check their voice mail and email. I DON'T TEXT.

Please contact me for further details.
